Weather conditions continue to look good for launch on Friday morning. One day out, I trust the weather reports are pretty good and the predicted ground winds in the area are calm.  The rain storm has given Southern California some much needed rain but it is also moving out this afternoon and should be long gone by tomorrow morning.

Today’s flight prediction is more of the same. (GOOD!)  The balloon should head down towards the Salton Sea. As long as our Squirrel avoids going for a swim in the Sea,  there is a lot of wide open space down there to recover the balloon.

I will run one final prediction early tomorrow before we head out to the launch site.
